ORIGINALS & GICLEE'S
Original pieces and Giclee's usually leave the facility within 3 business and travel fully insured with UPS. Under normal circumstances the transit time is no longer than 5 business, international orders included.
If there is a delay in departure we'll be sure to let you know.
If you’re not completely happy with your original artwork or print, you have 7 days from the date you received the piece to request a replacement, refund, or credit. Rob has never had a piece come back to him, but for a simple, fast service, you’ll need to make sure of the following:
- The artwork is in its original packaging and in the same condition as it arrived.
- You are responsible for shipping costs & arrangements back to us in a timely manner. If this concerns you, you do have the option of purchasing through one of his vendors who offer free return shipping. However, you'll be paying a lot more on the piece for that comfort.
International shipments may require customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know immediately! You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or even contact Rob on his personal number 860-922-4272. He'd be more than happy to help.
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at email@example.com making sure you quote your order number. We'll see what can be done.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
