In this acrylic painting, I explored the depths of abstraction and minimalism. The interaction of strokes and textures in black and white creates a dramatic, almost kinetic visual landscape. My intention was to evoke a sense of introspection and complexity, capturing emotions that engage and provoke thought. Acrylics removed, and distressed in a number of techniques. This piece arrives in a roll, in which the customer may have stretched by a local frame shop or artist. The image shown is an area of 80x60in. The canvas extends over 2 inches on each side from the listed measurement. Giving it plenty of material to be gallery wrapped around the standard 1.5in deep stretcher bar.
